An Information Audit of National Westminster Bank Uks Learning and Resource Centres

Abstract

The purpose of the information audit was to carry out a survey of the stock, services and performance of National Westminster Bank UK’s open-learning resource centres (OLRCs) and the resource centre at it’s management training college, Heythrop Park (HPRC). An analysis of the literature on information auditing is followed by a description of the type of stock and services provided by these centres. Recommendations are then offered that could help the organisation build upon the good work already being done and help it to improve services in the future.
