Biography I am a third year PhD student in low-dimensional topology.

I am interested in Khovanov homology and other knot homologies arising from categorification of quantum invariants of knots. I am also interested in how we can use these invariants to infer information about knots, but also about surfaces in 4-manifolds. Most recently, this has involved work on developing and coding an algorithm to calculate induced maps on Khovanov homology.

Previously, I completed a BSc in Mathematics at Imperial, writing a thesis on spin geometry. I then completed a MASt in Pure Mathematics at Cambridge.
