Dr Ryan Crosby
| Biography | I am an Assistant Professor in the Pedagogical Innovation in Computer Science (PICS) group at Durham University. Included in this role is the Deputy Director of Undergraduate Studies duties. I currently teach introduction to programming modules and the Computer Science into Schools module. My interests in education have always stemmed around equity in education. This has led me to taking part in work outside of the traditional teaching roles. I have a strong interest in Equality Diversity and Inclusion, and I am interested in organising events that have a positive local impact. I am also working for the Office for Students in a regulatory assessor role. |

| Research Interests | My research interests focus on the assessment of novice programmers. My PhD investigated the issues faced by novice programmers and if Ipsative Assessment could ameliorate said issues. |
