Biography Sanne Elbrink is a postdoctoral researcher seeking to create meaningful impact at the intersection of research and practice. Her research interest lies in utilising communities of practice to support knowledge transfer and learning, employing action research and co-design approaches. Sanne has over a decade of professional experience as a policy maker and project manager at governmental and non-governmental organisations in The Netherlands, focusing on health and social impact. She recently finished her PhD in Melbourne, Australia, exploring the role of communities of practice in addressing public health issues. She is currently involved in a project that seeks to scale up the impact of social science research through commercialisation.
