Francisco Navarro Cardenas
| Biography | I am a PhD student in the Department of Philosophy, with research interests in the philosophy of medicine and biology. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from the Universidad Austral de Chile and an MA in Philosophy from the Universidad de Chile. My PhD thesis aims to outline a political philosophy of medicine for the One Health movement. As a paradigmatic example of the interrelation between health sciences, politics, and society, I argue that this movement provides an excellent case study for this purpose. |
