Melody Bishop
Biography | I am a third-year PGR in the Department of Sociology (commenced studies October 2022). I have an MSc in Medical Anthropology and BSc in Biomedical Sciences, both also from Durham University. My doctoral research is funded by the ESRC via NINE DTP. My research examines the experiences of UK students with physical long-term health conditions throughout their first year of transition to university. I take a qualitative longitudinal approach, using interviews and diary methods. I am supervised by Dr Kimberly Jamie and Professor Simon Forrest. |
