Simultaneous wideband measurements across the two-60 MHz bands allocated for the frequency division duplex UNITS channels were carried out in the dense urban environment of Manchester city-centre. Measurements with a trolley or a van are used to determine the channel typical characteristics for both pedestrian and vehicular users. The data are processed with 5 MHz sections or with 60 MHz sections to obtain small-scale to large-scale characteristics. The paper presents various results such as scattering functions, cumulative distributions and probability density functions for the differences between the two channels.
