Abstract
I discuss chaos in classical and quantum (wave) dynamics, extending this to considering chaotic dynamics in nonlinear wave equations, in particular how chaotic dynamics in the Gross-Pitaevskii equation relate to particle depletion from an initial Bose-Einstein condensate.
