We evaluate, in a model-independent way, the signal-to-background ratio for observing an intermediate mass Higgs in rapidity gap events at pFull-size image (<1 K) (or pp) colliders. The rate of double-diffractive Higgs/dijet events is quantified. The yield of dijet events is much larger than that for the Higgs, and this process can be used as a pomeron-pomeron luminosity monitor.
