Travel from Durham to York (and back) in the fourteenth century
Harvey, MM
Authors

Legal documents provide rare evidence of routes taken by those travelling between the city of Durham and York, and information about crossings of the Tees. There are also indications of the staging posts and of different times taken for each journey.
