Abstract

BIRD-Perspektive: Die Verwendung von periodischer BIRD-J-Refokussierung (BIRD=bilineare Rotationsentkopplung) bei der Datenerhebung eines HSQC-Experiments führt zu homonuclearer Breitbandentkopplung, sodass nur ein Signal für jede 1H-chemische Verschiebung erhalten wird. Diese reine Verschiebungsmethode verbessert sowohl die Auflösung als auch das Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis, ohne dass eine besondere Datenverarbeitung notwendig wäre.
