Biography Suhaila obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Languages: English from King Abdulaziz University and subsequently completed a Diploma in Education. Following the completion of her diploma, she successfully achieved a Master of Arts degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) with Distinction.

Suhaila is a lecturer at the English Language Institute of King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Currently, Suhaila is a PhD student in the School of Education at Durham University. Her PhD study interest is in assistive technology for individuals with visual impairments. Specifically, Suhaila’s dissertation is about the use of smartphones and tablets as reading aids for individuals with low vision.
