Abstract

The Labour Process Theory (LPT) entry includes sections that define the theory, explore developments in the theory, demonstrate specific application of the theory to HRM, and provide suggested topic areas for future research. There is a rich and expansive body of theoretical and empirical scholarly research focusing on LPT, therefore, due to spatial constraints, what is offered in the entry is akin to ‘BBC Match of the Day’ edited highlights.
