Abstract
Remit: To carry out a review of measures in the area of children's psychological well-being and children's mental health, in order to advise the Departments of Children Schools and Families (DCSF) and Health (DH) on which are the best measures that could be implemented from April 2009 onwards, (as part of Public Service Agreements and other means) to influence the system to promote better psychological well-being and effective intervention for those children with mental health problems, including, if appropriate, advising on how to take forward the development of a new approach or measure.
