The Stone Age diet, which first began to appear in the literature in the 1950s and became prominent in the 1980s and 1990s, has become an increasingly popular type of diet. This type of diet aims to create the analogy of pre-aging people's diet as a way to prevent the epidemic of modern obesity and chronic illness. On the other hand with obesity and modern environment when considered in terms of evolutionary medicine from the increase of chronic diseases, which can be ineffective or even past advantageous genes / biological properties between 'non-compliance' is held responsible. Is the Stone Age diet the right choice in an environment where mass marketing and orientation and food types that have been traded at a high level are spreading? In this article, Stone Valley diet is examined and the points of view about the subject are evaluated. By taking advantage of the evolutionary medical point of view, "nonconformity" is taken into consideration and the issue is considered by considering mass marketing and over processed foods.
